These terms and conditions govern your access to and use of the TalentBridge website and any information, material or service made available through it. By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

We provide recruitment for companies across all sectors, with a specialisation in B-BBEE verification roles. Our services include sourcing, screening, candidate profiles, interview coordination and placement support.

A placement fee of 10% of the successful candidate's annual cost to company, excluding VAT, becomes payable on placement. Where a placement ends within 90 days, we will source a replacement candidate subject to the terms of the signed recruitment agreement.

Final hiring decisions, employment contracts, verification of qualifications and references, and compliance with employment legislation remain the responsibility of the client. Any engagement for recruitment services is governed by the signed recruitment agreement, which prevails over this website in the event of a conflict.

Our 12-month B-BBEE Marketing & Lead Generation Service supplies leads, tender opportunities, weekly spreadsheets, monthly magazine advertising and general business marketing exposure.

Leads are potential business opportunities and must be independently qualified by your company. We do not guarantee that a lead will become a client, or that a tender will be awarded to your company.

Your company remains responsible for contacting prospects, qualifying opportunities, preparing quotations, submitting tenders and delivering your B-BBEE services.

You may not use this website unlawfully, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, introduce malicious code, scrape or harvest data, or use any material from it to compete with us or resell to third parties without our written permission.

All trade marks, logos, text, layout, graphics and other material on this website belong to TalentBridge or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced or distributed without prior written consent.

Where we link to third-party websites, we do so for convenience only. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TalentBridge will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business or loss of data arising from your use of this website or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 that cannot lawfully be limited.

Personal information is handled in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 and our Privacy Policy, which also explains how we use cookies.
