TalentBridge respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and the choices you have. We process personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA).
2. Information we collect
Candidates: name, contact details, identity or work-permit details, curriculum vitae, qualifications, employment history, references and salary expectations.
Clients and marketing subscribers: company name, contact person, contact details, billing details and details of the roles or B-BBEE services you require.
Website visitors: technical information such as device type, browser, approximate location and pages viewed, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
3. How we use your information
We use personal information to source and place candidates, to prepare candidate profiles and coordinate interviews, to deliver our B-BBEE marketing and lead generation programme, to invoice and administer our services, to respond to enquiries, and to comply with legal obligations.
Candidate information is only shared with a prospective employer where you have given consent for that submission.
4. Lawful basis and consent
We process personal information where you have consented, where it is necessary to perform a contract with you, where we have a legitimate interest in providing recruitment or marketing services, or where the law requires it. You may withdraw consent at any time, which may mean we can no longer provide the relevant service.
5. Sharing your information
We may share personal information with prospective employers or clients (with consent), with service providers who host our systems or assist with verification checks, with our professional advisers, and with authorities where required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
6. Cookies
Cookies are small files stored on your device. We use essential cookies to keep the site working and to remember your cookie choice, and analytics cookies to understand how the site is used.
When you first visit, a banner lets you accept all cookies or continue with essential cookies only. Your choice is stored on your own device so the banner is not shown again on later visits.
